Liberty Land Abstract is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base within one of New York City's boroughs by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in building and nurturing strategic client relationships, driving growth, and contributing to the ongoing success of Liberty Land Abstract.

Compensation:
● This is a commission-based role with a competitive structure, offering 30-50% commission on closed deals, based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and participation in industry events.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and property developers.
● Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services and identify growth opportunities.
● Work closely with the sales team to develop customized strategies, prepare proposals, and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
● Manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate reporting, and achievement of sales targets.
● Monitor and report on performance metrics, including lead generation, appointments, and sales conversions.
● Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high client
satisfaction.
Qualifications:
● Prior experience in business development or sales, particularly in the title insurance or real estate industry, is preferred but not required.
● A strong understanding of title insurance processes, market dynamics, and key players is a plus.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
● Ability to maintain flexible hours and work locations, with local travel required.
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
