Jennifer L. Hernandez-Weiss (“Jen”), a New York State Attorney with a decade of experience in various roles within the real estate, title insurance and related industries. Jen represented lenders in the litigation of foreclosure matters, acted as settlement agent for lenders, and represented purchasers/sellers on residential transactions. As in-house counsel for a large multi-state law firm, Jen oversaw the foreclosure process which included examining title and clearance for bank owned REO properties. As an Underwriting counsel for a major underwriting outfit, Jen worked on large-scale commercial and multi-site projects across the nation and within New York State. Jen is well-acquainted with foreclosures and short sales. Jen obtained her B.A. degree with honors from Hofstra University and obtained her J.D. Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. In her spare time, Jen loves to be outdoors running and hiking.
